*A non-refundable booking deposit of $1000 is required* What’s included in this package: 15 minute consultation over the phone, Zoom or on location 120 minutes on location with Alexander Professional retouching and editing of all 30 images: -Skin retouching -Teeth Whitening -Direction and posing to make sure you get the best photos, even if you’ve never been in front of a camera before. One 13x19 print is included Additional Add Ons: 8.5x11 prints: $25 each 13x19 prints: $100 each (All prints are printed on Canon & Epson professional print paper) Hardcover photo book (Up to 20 pictures): $175 Travel: Clients will be charged $0.65/mi. for traveling to & from the venue location. Initial Payment: The client agrees to pay the photographer a non-refundable initial payment of $1000. The initial payment reserves the videographer’s time and is not a retainer or deposit. This amount is quoted in USD. If the initial payment is not received within time, Alexander Espino is not expected to show. ALEMedia agrees to not advertise availability of this same time slot to any other potential clients once reserved. (Checks are accepted & must be written out to “ALEMedia LLC”. Direct online payments on www.alemedia.co will be available in 2023.) The payment of $1000.00 can be sent to the following: Paypal Business: ALEMedia LLC or Zelle: alex@alemedia.co Credit cards are accepted via Square, contact ALEMedia to receive a Square invoice. Call or text to have a Square invoice sent to you.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are nonrefundable. Submitting a deposit locks your time in the calendar. If you are late or miss your appointment, you will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
